VOLVO S40 1997-2004 TURBO FORGE ADJUSTABLE ACTUATOR FMACV40

Designed by Forge to replace the original
actuator as fitted to the TD04 turbo on the Volvo V40. The OEM Part No.
is 49377-06351 Volvo 8627991. This uprated actuator is fully
serviceable. It is built with an uprated diaphragm and a billet CNC
machined aluminium housing with a stainless steel bracket.  The actuator
spring supplied is suitable for at, or slightly above, factory boost
levels. The actuator can be assembled with a stiffer spring upon

This
actuator is suitable for use on the TD04HL-12T and TD04HL-14T turbos
fitted to the 4 cylinder turbo S40 / V40 variants from 1997-2004. The
models covered are the 2.0T (low pressure turbo) and T4 (high pressure
turbo).
