EBC Ultimax
These
premium quality British made disc pads are designed and produced to meet or
exceed the performance of any OEM Pad. The EBC Brakes® Ultimax range are a long
lasting high friction pad designed for normal urban driving at all speeds on
all Prestige cars, 4 x 4 vehicles and light trucks.
Ultimax
pads feature centre slots and edge chamfers plus EBC Brake-In™ surface coating
which conditions discs after installation and helps quickly deliver stopping
power on the new pads. Hardware and wear leads included where fitted as
standard by factory. The Ultimax range carries ECE R 90 approval in all cases
making them 100% equivalent to any original manufacturer part. These tests
carried out by EBC Brakes® exclusively at the MIRA research facility in the UK
set them apart from all other aftermarket offerings. All pads are fitted with
premium quality noise reduction shims and after bedding will deliver silent and
powerful brakes expected by drivers of prestige cars.
EBC Greenstuff
EBC Brakes® Greenstuff
is a high friction Kevlar® based pad compound designed to improve stopping
power on sport saloons and prestige cars for on highway use. The Greenstuff
range emits less dust than equivalent semi metallic pads and has been proven in
tests to stop a vehicle 20 feet sooner than using stock pads. Pads are fully
shimmed, chamfered and slotted for silent braking and feature the EBC Brake-In™
surface coating to accelerate pad bed-in after install.
EBC Redstuff
Not
just low dust but as these pads contain ZERO steel fibre, dust washes off
easily. EBC Brakes® Redstuff is a superb pad for fast street use and faster
prestige cars. Redstuff pads also reduce disc wear so that discs and pads last
longer whilst delivering great brake performance. The ceramic particles enhance
the aramid fibre formulation used in EBC Brakes® Redstuff to deliver a powerful
and long lasting, silent brake pad for the discerning driver.
Some
sport pads often require "warm-up" to be effective but this is NOT
the case with EBC Redstuff grade. The Redstuff pads bite positively from cold
and deliver exceptional braking. Pads are powder coated RED in colour and are
fitted with premium quality OE style noise reduction shims on the reverse of
the pads to guarantee silent braking.
EBC Yellowstuff
The
new EBC Brakes® Yellowstuff compound is essentially a race pad but with a BIG
difference in that it works from cold and can be safely used on the highway. If
you want the ultimate in high friction braking, this is the pad to choose.
Brakes feel superb from first touch of the pedal and stay effective up to race
temperatures.
EBC
Brakes® Yellowstuff is designed for faster imports and high horsepower cars
where maximum stopping is the prime requirement and for short duration track
use. Its dust rating is similar to OEM parts. All pads come with edge chamfers,
centre line slots, noise reduction shims and OEM hardware as needed. All EBC
pads feature the EBC Brake-In™ surface coating which helps pads to seat quickly
after install.
